2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Digital Toolkits platform and its apps
• To manage your account and Pro subscription access

3. AI Processing

Certain features of Digital Toolkits use AI models to generate text, prompts, suggestions, and insights based on your inputs. When you use AI-powered features, your input data may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. AI-generated content is processed in real-time and is not retained by the AI providers beyond the duration needed to provide the response.

3.1 Voice Mode (Speech Recognition & Synthesis)

The AI Assistant offers an optional Voice Mode that allows you to interact with the assistant using your voice. Voice Mode uses your device's built-in speech recognition (Speech-to-Text) and speech synthesis (Text-to-Speech) capabilities provided by your browser. When you speak, your audio is processed by your browser's speech recognition engine to convert it to text, which is then sent to our AI assistant as a message — the same as if you had typed it. The AI's text response is then read aloud using your browser's text-to-speech engine.

Voice Mode requires microphone access. Your audio is processed by your browser and operating system; the transcribed text is sent to our servers and AI providers as part of your conversation. We do not store raw audio recordings. The text transcript of your voice conversation is saved as part of your conversation history, consistent with how text chat messages are stored. You can delete your conversation history at any time. Voice Mode can be disabled at any time by ending the voice session, and text chat remains fully available without using Voice Mode.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We partner with trusted infrastructure providers (including Base44) for data hosting and storage. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your full payment card details. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Base44 (infrastructure), and AI providers that power our AI features — only as necessary to provide the Service.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or record-keeping).
