Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your Digital Toolkits Pro subscription, operated by JLA Digital Solutions LLC. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Digital Toolkits offers the following membership plans:

• Free Plan: No cost. Includes limited access to the Dashboard, App Directory browsing, news, and free resources. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month. Includes unlimited access to all current and future apps, courses, the AI Business Assistant, the premium prompt library, premium resources, and all new features. Billed monthly.

2. Billing Cycle

Your Pro subscription is billed monthly on the same calendar date as your initial subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of a month, your billing date is the 15th of each subsequent month. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in February), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your Pro subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize JLA Digital Solutions LLC to charge the recurring monthly fee of $19.99 to your designated payment method through Stripe until you cancel your subscription.

4. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card details. You can update your payment method at any time through the Billing page in your dashboard.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the Pro subscription price. If we increase the price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notice period. You may cancel before the price change takes effect to avoid being charged the new rate.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard or via Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.

Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No further charges will occur.

7. Downgrades and Plan Changes

When you cancel your Pro subscription, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. There is no partial refund for unused time within a billing cycle — you retain full Pro access until the period ends.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If the payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your Pro subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan. You will be notified by email before any suspension occurs. To restore Pro access, update your payment method in the Billing page.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription. The listed price of $19.99/month may not include local, state, or international taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your billing address.

10. Free Trials and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Any free trial or promotional period will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. Unless otherwise stated, standard billing begins at the end of the trial or promotional period. You can cancel at any time during a free trial to avoid being charged.

11. Account Access Upon Termination

If your subscription is terminated for any reason — whether by cancellation, failed payment, or account suspension — your access to Pro features ceases at the end of your current billing period. Your account data and free-tier content remain accessible unless you delete your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

JLA Digital Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
